At Investment Mastery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our educational products and services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for our courses and educational materials purchased through our website at investmentmastery.com.
Important: By purchasing any of our courses or educational materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
1. Standard Refund Policy for Individual Courses
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most of our individual courses, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You must have completed no more than 30% of the course content.
- You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course.
- The course must have been purchased directly from our website. Courses purchased through third-party platforms are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.
2. Course Bundles and Special Promotions
For course bundles, package deals, and courses purchased during special promotions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You must have completed no more than 15% of any individual course within the bundle.
- Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available. The refund applies to the entire bundle purchase.
- Courses purchased with significant discounts (50% or more off the regular price) may be eligible only for partial refunds or store credit.
3. Premium and Mentorship Programs
For our premium courses, mentorship programs, and live coaching services:
- The "Complete MetaTrader 4 Trading Mastery" program has a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
- Mentorship programs and one-on-one coaching services are eligible for refunds only if no sessions have been attended or scheduled.
- Once any live or interactive component has begun, these services are no longer eligible for refunds.
- For monthly subscription services, refunds are only issued for the current billing period and are prorated based on usage.
4. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable materials:
- Standalone digital products such as indicators, templates, and downloadable guides are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- Custom indicators and trading tools developed specifically for a client are non-refundable.
- If you experience technical issues with downloads, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@investmentmastery.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]"
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- Order number or purchase confirmation
- Name of the course or product purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Alternatively, you can complete the refund request form in your account dashboard under "My Purchases"
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
7.1. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our courses:
- Contact our technical support team at tech@investmentmastery.com before requesting a refund.
- We will work diligently to resolve any technical issues you may encounter.
- If we cannot resolve your technical issues within a reasonable timeframe, we may extend the refund period on a case-by-case basis.
7.2. Course Updates and Content Changes
We regularly update our courses to ensure they contain the most current information:
- Major content updates are provided at no additional cost to existing students.
- If significant changes to course content are made within 60 days of your purchase, and these changes materially alter what was advertised, you may be eligible for a refund outside the standard policy timeframe.
7.3. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise that prevent you from completing a course:
- In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional situations, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy timeframe.
- Documentation or evidence of the circumstances may be required.
- These requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Individual coaching or mentoring sessions that have already been conducted
- Custom trading indicators or tools developed specifically for a client
- Courses where the student has received a completion certificate
- Course materials that have been downloaded or printed in their entirety
- Any product or service clearly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
9. Alternative to Refunds
If you're not eligible for a refund but are dissatisfied with your purchase, we may offer:
- Course credit that can be applied to other courses or products on our platform
- Extended access to the course materials
- Access to additional support or resources
- Option to transfer your course access to another individual (subject to a small administrative fee)
10. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect a pattern of abuse:
- Multiple refund requests from the same customer
- Evidence that course materials have been copied, downloaded, or extensively consumed prior to the refund request
- Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation in a refund request
Customers found to be abusing our refund policy may be banned from future purchases.
11. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
The Refund Policy that applies to your purchase is the version that was in effect at the time of your purchase.
